I've just bought 2 phones from them - Nokia 6230 (£11/month for 9 months, then £22) and Nokia 6610i (£11 for 12 months and cashback).
Their service was very good - guy called Anthony did my orders, phones arrived next morning as promised.
Only thing I would say is we're going to have to be well-organised - to collect the 4,5,6 month bills and send them off, and also to cancel the insurance - you're signed up for 3 months free, and after that it'll be automatically collected.
I notice we also seem to have a months free photomessaging -the Try thing from Orange, so I think we'll need to cancel that too.
So far, so good...

Yep, I ordered a motorola v600, & a sony ericson k700i, they both arrived next day, the free accessory kit came for the v6oo, but it was on order for the sony phone, after a couple of weeks, I phoned them to find out when the 'missing' accessory kit would be sent for the sony, Iwas told they were dealing with a backlog for this type of phone, and I was informed that it would be dealt with that day, it arrived the very next morning. I would certainly recomend them for there prompt and excellent customer service. ;D
