Question:
Dear Freinds,
I have 3 Fert materials ( eg., FERT1, FERT2, FERT3), each having the Same component (HALB1) with different quantities in their BOM.
Sales orders are existing in the system, When MRP Run is taken, Planned orders are generated for different FERT Materials with Sales Order assignment. Sameway, 3 different planned orders are generated for HALB material with Sales order assignment.
But My requirement is to generate only one Planned order for HALB material and must have the assignment of 3 sales orders.
Is it possible? If Yes, please let me know the Procedure.

you can set the fieled Individual/coll. (in MRP4 ) to 1 Individual requirements only. Maybe this can help you.

Since your halb's are created with reference to a sales order, I assume you're make to order. I don't think there is a way to have a collective halb requirement with make to order.

Hi KVB,
If you want one planned order with qty 3, for all the sales orders then you have to select option '2' collective/individul indicator in MRP 4 view. In this case Sales orders will not assigned. Logically also it is not correct also.
In one planned only one sales order can be assigned.

you can test out lot size TB, WB, W2 or MB...in MRP1 view.
It may help u out.
actually 2 coll/indiv. in MRP4 are not designed for this purpose, I think. They can affect the planned order generated by planed independ requirment. If i'm wrong pls feel free to point out.
