Question:
Hi guys, I am writing a custom ABAP report which will explode BoMs for finished goods into its consitutent components and then detail for the operations associated to those components how many hours are allocated by the routings to each Cost Centre.
However, I cannot find the link between the Operation and the Cost / Work Centre associated to it (since we have a 1:1 relationship between Work and Cost Centres either will do)
If anyone can assist with finding the relationship between these it would be very much appreciated.
I am using FM CKBA_ROUTING_GET_LIST to get the routing for a material which I am then going to PLPO for the specific values with, but so far I am stumped on associating the Cost Centre (due to the nature of our business our Cost & Work Centres allow us to understand where in our factory process a given assembly or component is).

Probably you have to link the object id field (ARBID) of PLPO with the object id field of CRHD (with object type A). The work center and cost center linkage is in table CRCO.

I already looked at this field on PLPO - but in our system it is empty so I can't use this to link them together, has anyone else got any ideas?

Answer:
Thanks to your and the answers on the ABAP forum I got pointed in the right direction and the answer (for me is......)
Use PLPO-ARBID and PLPO-OBJTY to access CRCO and read in the Cost Centre associated to the operation that way.
