Difference between SAP R/3 and mySAP (PP Module)

I would like to know what the difference between SAP R/3 and mySAP in the PP module area.

If R/3 PP Module is not connected with any of the components like APO which requires -liveCache...and internet... etc. for Production Planning, then it is plain R/3 PP module not using mySap.com.
