I want to decreise budget of one Wbs and want to incrise in other WBS in same Project.
Pl guide.....

Answer:
You have the following options:
1) Change original budgets directly using Change budget transaction (CJ30). This is if you do not want to track changes.
2) If you want to track you you can use budget transfer if the budget amount to be reduced is equal to budget amount increased Transaction code CJ34
3) If the both the amount are not same and u need to track them then reduce budget using transaction code CJ35 - Return budget and add budgets using transation code CJ36 - Supplement budget
