Question:
I have a lot of recipes (task-type '2') in PP-PI module in SAP 3.1i system.
I have to transfer these recipes into SAP 4.7 enterprise system.
I know that a function "BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE" exists but it's for routings only (task-type 'N').
Do you know if someone had had the same problem and had developped something custom ?
Or in anycase is it possible to do something like this ?
I've eared that 4.7 causes problems with Batch Input...

Answer:
U can use "Control_receipe_download" functional module to transfer from one client to other client with in r/3.
you have create destination address in source client .Use process instruction type 3 which is of PCS type send CR.
Try this and let me know

Thanks for your help but we have a different problem.
We have to transfer a RECIPEs in module pp-pi not control recipes.
Recipes that we have are made by transaction C201.
In this recipes we have bill of materials, operations,phases,activities,
process instructions...

Last week I've had the opportunity to see an SAP 4.7 enterprise system, with data.
I made a batch input program and I tested it. It's ok, I didn't have any problems with it, so for the master recipes data, batch input on the 4.7 enterprise system is still usable.
