Question:
Hi Sapfan browsers
When I run the Damage Analysis transaction (t-code: MCI5), I select 'key & description' setting for characteristic display. But I dont get the descripltion of cause, damage etc., instead the code of damage or cause itself is displayed in place of the description.
If any viewer can help me so that I can get the description of the charecteristic also, I will be highly thankful.

Reset The column widths .
Most probably that will also not help as there is a max limit to the column width ( i do not have a system at presrnt so cannot give u the allowed figure).

I just ran it on my system and I can see both Key and Description on my system.
If you are sure you are doing it correctly check out for OSS notes?

It depends from the drilldown sequence.
