Question:
In 3.1 QE51 the lots with completed inspection had a different color than the ones with open characteristics either waiting for manual entry or LIMs upload.
In 4.7 QE51 or 51n the lots that have been closed with data upload from LIMs is the same color as the lots waiting for data upload.
You can no longer tell at a glance that a lot is ready for a usage decision.
Has anyone resolved this loss of valuable “at a glance” information?

I've never seen QE51N working in a nice manner in 4.0 forwards; haven't seen 3.1 though.
In fact I like using QA32 for this purpose and for results recording as well. Then show the system status on the list display.
What I -and the customers I've seen until now- really hate about the QE51N is that it always opens the first inspection lot from the worklist. And you cannot return to the selection screen from the worklist, you get kicked back to the main menu.
I'm sure others have similar experiences with QE51N..?..

I find QE51N is pretty useful in case you need to record results for many insp points for a single lot in one go.
I agree it can do with some improvements as suggested above and some more as suggested below:
There should be a provision for selecting based on Gr Ctr or else there should be a display of Gr Ctr along with the lot No in the side window.

Actually you can come back to the selection screen again, in 4.70. Just to the right of the refresh icon above the work list there is a small downwards arrow.
Click on that and you get the possibillity to choose between refresh or new selection.
