Question:
Hi PP Gurus
I am in 4.6B.
We have a BOM.Where
Parent material Box. xxx qty 1.EA
Child material Steel sheet yyy Qty0.500.EA
During Backflushing system takes the correct qty.and sometimes incorrect qty for backflush.(hi
That is Box (mov 101) xxx Qty 10
Steel sheet (mov543) yyy Qty 5.
In some cases instead of 5,qty 6 is backflushed.
All box qty received in even qty of 10 or 14 or 24 or 30 etc.
Backflushed qty is 5 or 6, 7 or 8 ,12 or 13 ,15 or 16.
There is no fixed pattern for incorrect backflush qty.
Please suggest reason and solution.

Thats very interesting, and almost unbelievable. are u sure if there are no alternate BOMs or production versions that are triggering this change, based on quantity or dates of validity etc?
