What do you mean by 'finish confirmation automatically'?
If you want to do confirmation of an order once, try to use CO15 (confirmation at order level)

my request is : when I create a new production order, system will do confirmation for me automatically, I need not to confirm it manually again. can I? and how can I setup in system?

In R/3 System, once you create a Production order, you need not Confirm it, you can directly post it to Stock by 101. But of you are interested in Confirmations to happen to know the Cost and to keep the Load status correct. Then what you can do is.....
Make a Programe or a BDC to Confirm the Production order at the Order level automatically, once your GR happens, this is Event Based Job Scheduled. In the System you also find Event based Standard Programes I think, that can carry out auto-Confirmation using them, just read Confirmations Help Properly. If you dont get any standard thing then Make a Confirmation BDC, which is Simple, you can use SCAT, and have the SCAT to run scheduled Periodically.

Pl check wheather its possible by using following settings:
1. Use auto goods receipt after confirmation of final Operation.
2. By using Trigger point - whether its possible to trigger auto confirmation is to be checked.

You can also set "No Confirmation Required" in your control keys of all the operations in your order. And You cannot do confirmation in your production order
