Hello ,
There is a need to keep track of the fact that the recipes in the system have been controlled and checked regularly. Is there a field in the master recipes which we can use for this purpose? What is the impact if we use the revision field. Do we than also have to enter revision level for the material master?
Can someone give advice or hints how to proceed?

Answer:
one way is to use the Engineering Change Management and track change numbers on your recipes.
you can also use the status in the header of recipes so that an older version is not valid anymore.
