Dear Sappers,
Does anyone know table of maintenance history? I created maintenance history thru IW61, but I couldn't see data in table AFIH.

When you say "maintenance history" do you mean PM/CS Orders??
AFIH is one of the PM/CS Order header tables, the others are AUFK and ILOA. You can also use View Table VIAUFKS.
If you need operation data look at AFVC and AFVV.
There are many other PM/CS Order tables. If you search SAPFans for, say AFIH or PM tables, you will probably get a better list. Here is an example:
