Question:
We have a material provided by two sources: A and B.
Then when the source "A" provide the material, we must to inspect the batch, and only after the UD we must to move the inventory to unrestricted.
But, when the source is "B", then we don´t need to inspect the batch; and the inventory must be unrestricted, at the GR.
In order to get the functionality to meet our requirements to source "B", I create a dinamization rule to skip the inspection lot at lot creation, the material have flagged the fields: "skips allowed" and "Pos to insp. stock". In the inspection plan I select "Dynamic modification at lot level".
At the GR a lot inspecction is created whit status SKIP, but the inventory is placed to Qual. inspection, the we need to move the inventory to unrestricted.
Is possible to get the funcionality requiered, described above, to source "B"?; thanks in advance for any help.

Hi,
You can set that in Material Master that for insp. type 01 Control insp.lot setting is For each material document item to get skip-to-stock. If you press F1 for help, you'll get the whole explanation.
If you want an inspection for a vendor A and none for vendor B, you have to use Q-info record. In the sheet Insp.control you have Inspection active if not certified. You must maintain in M. Master in QM sheet your requirements for certificate as well as in the vendor master you tell the vendor's certificate level. In the inspection plan tell for which material-vendor combination the plan is used for.
Helps are pretty good for this functionality.
