Thanks and regards,
Vin
Answer:
Hi,
Try to check both indicators "Completed" and "Histor."
Answer:
Thanks for the reply,
It still doesn't work. Is there anything wrong with the customizing ?

Answer:
Hi again,
Let's try the following:
1. Make sure the system status of the orders you want to display on the list is TECO (Technically Completed) or CLSD (Business Completed). The above mentioned indicators refer to the system status (not to user statuses)
2. Make sure the criteria you enter in the selection screen below the indicators are correct (order type, dates etc.). May you enter a criterion that restricts the orders from selection.
3. As far as I can understand the issue from your descriptions, I don't think there is anything wrong with the Customizing.
Good luck.
Answer:
Hello
(I may be wrong...)
The material availability refers to the requirement of the material for the Orders
When you complete the Order (TECO), all the existing requirements, if not fulfilled, are deleted
Hence you may not get the Availabilty List for Completed Orders

Answer:
Hi thanks for the suggestion,
I have already create 2 different order, one order has already fulfilled for existing requirement (i create the reservation from order and already final issue) and the status is TECO (we can say it as Order A). The other one has already fulfilled but I didn't do the TECO (Order B).
When I did the IWBK, and filled all the order status (Outstanding, In prosess, Completed, History), the order which appeared on the list was only order B. Why the order A wasn't appeared?

Vin
Answer:
Vin_n,
I could be wrong too.... but
When you TECO an order you are saying that all work is complete. However the TECO status still allows cost postings from labour, materials, PO, expenses etc.
As manianz points out, when the PM/CS Orders are TECO'd all outstanding planned resources are cancelled (labour capacity, material reservations and PRs (without POs).
Therefore if you run an "availability check" it makes sense NOT to include any TECO or CLSD orders.

Answer:
Thanks PJA,
I get your point (but I'm not sure ). Even if I only chose the status completed and history and leave the others status blank, the orders which appeared on the list was order with no TECO status. The question is, since the output is all the same, why there is status completed option there? in other words, what's the use ?
Thanks and regards,
Vin
