Notifications - Priority

Question:
Hi All
How do i set that the priority in the notification excludes weekends and holidays when calculating the end date.
Eg: I am creating a notification. The priority is set for end date of 4 days. The end of 4 days in this regard will fall on a sunday (as the weekend is included) and i want it to only take working days into consideration thereby giving me the end date on the tuesday.

just specify - before assigning the priority code - a responsible work centre, which have a appropriate factory calender in it.

Hi,
You need to Customize Response Monitoring.
1. In Customizing for PM and CS go to: maintenance and service processing->maintenance and service notifications->notification processing->response time monitoring->define response monitoring.
2. Define a response profile with the desired intervals, according to task codes, task code groups, task catalog type and priorities.
3. Then define a Service Profile. In your service profile define work days and non working days and assing in the service profile the response profile. In the service profile, you can assign the response profile to work with
4. Finally, assign the customised service profile ("service window") in the notification type.
