We have maintained safety stock for all the materials.MRP run is based on
demand.Can we take a MRP run without taking into consideraion the
Safety stockof the FG materials??? or is there any other approach for this?

If it is only for "what happens if" purpose, you can take a LTP run and set it to not consider safety stock.

In T.Code OPPR we can leave the average saftey stock as zero so that
the saftey stock won't be included in the planning run
