Asset number x equipment number

Question:
Creating equipment automatically during asset creation, the system give internal number for the equipment.
How do I configure to have the equipment master in PM with the same number as asset number?

use Specify Conditions for Synchronization of Master Data,
Number range must be equal betwen Equipment & Asset Master
