Hi All,
Can someone please tell me: when creating a tasklist, you seem to have only text (.rtf) I would like to use spreadsheet and graphics. Is this possible & how?

a PM tasklist, when printing a PM02 work order, this is the bit that tells the artisan what to do. I need to put a MS excel spreadsheet in there and possibly a bitmap image(or jpg) so far no joy. When creating the t-list, it seems to accept only .rtf (R text format)

schue, I dont think that it is possible.
here is the most common approach:
1: create the images etc in the native application (Word, etc) and save the file to a local server
2: create a SAP Document (DIR) and specify the directory path as the original
3: use the SAP document as a document PRT on the Task List.
