Question:
Dear QM fans,
what needs to be done, if for the same material procured from different supplier (and the advanced task : from same supplier) in only one plant a release from QM department for the purchase relation is requested and in the second plant no QM release is needed and nobody wants to create any QM master data views for this material.

You can activate the inspection type for the plant inspection is required and in the other plant you don't activate inspection types and inspection plan.

Maybe I should explain my question more clear.
For the same material procuement:
One plant need QM module ,and the QM info-record is necessary.
The other plant don't need QM ,of course,I don't want to assign inspection type,inspection plan,even the QM view.
How can I do ?

Viday is correct you just need to activate the QM view for the appropriate material/plant combinations.
For those plants not performing an inspection on a material you just don't activate a QM for that plant.
You still need an inspection plan out there for the plant that is inspecting the material.
