Hi One and All
I want to postpone a service notification for 3 months. There after put it back on process.
1. Can i tell SAP the duration i want the notification to be postponed for? and if so, How do i do it?
2. Is there any functionality on SAP that lets you access the list of Postponed notification together with the period the notification is postponed for?.....I guess what i am asking is, How does a user know when it is time to put a postponed notification back in process?
I need all the help i can get...

Why not simply change the Notification start dates

Hi Lesego
I suggest you change your start date accordingly before you postpone your notification (use the postpone button). This will set the appropriate system status and you can exclude the postponed notifications in your IW28/9.
Please take note that the postpone status can only be set once. If you put the notification in process again you can no longer postpone it using the same button but can change the dates.
