unfortunately it is not possible for delivery costs.
u can find additional help in sap library for ERS.

Hi,
I have implemented ERS for sending a weekly Credit Note to a service agent for the shipmentcosts. The service agent transports goods from the plant to the customer and the price is based on the shipped weight.
It workt great for almost 2 months now.
