Archiving MM_Documents

Wich MM-documents should be archived and what are be required ( OSS Notes...)?

If you are not techically limited (space or speed) or business requests archiving then you do not need to archive at all.
In case of technical limitations, you would probably start with the biggest tables. To analyze that, run DB15.
In other cases you would only archive documents which are not needed for business. Then you would probably archive using all archiving objects.
You certainly have to make sure that you have the most recent OSS notes in your system, have done the configuration for the archiving objects (AOBJ) and the object specific customizing like residence time.
Then run it in test mode first. Even better in production mode in a test system.
And spend enough time to find out if people (business or auditiors) need access to archived data,and which kind of access, single record or evaluation reports.
