if you use QM then the link is the usage decision to an inspection.
the usage decision triggers the movement.
In QA13 you can search for a usage decision via matchcode. There you have the ability to search by material document.

If the Inspection Lot is generated in background upon GR posting, then you can be able to see the linkage there in the Inspection Lot Document.

Thanks for the input.
I Got the InspnLot number from QAMB for a 105/101 movement with which
I looked into QALS where I got the 321 Document Number.
MSEG 101 ----> QAMB -Inspn LOT ---> QALS ---Matdocument --->MSEG 321.
Now I got the Abap report ready. Thanks once again.
