Question:
I am adding a new company code to our system, and we are using the same purchasing org.
Ive done this before and this has worked fine.
Now I get this error with this company code when trying to purchase a product that was created in its company code.
"Account assignment mandatory for material , There is no provision for value-based inventory management for this material type in this plant. Account assignment is thus necessary."
Where can I change the settings for this.

Answer:
check the material type settings in OMS2
You probably created as well a new plant
