Question:
Hi all,
i used the search button but didn´t find the right solution, so i will try to descibe it very easy.
Is there any way to change the mrp results for special materials.
For example:
The mrp plans a material with a schedule agreement and makes
new schedule lines. Now i want to change the qty or the date
of this new schedule line for special materials ( in first case only the
schedule line date ).
I found 2 user-exits in the mrp. But these are only to say: PLAN MATERIAL YES/NO.
Does anyone knows an user-exit that can be used in such reasons?
Or has anyone tryed to make such a solution?

do you want to say it is not possible to maintain the schedule lines with ME38 ?

yes, we can change it in the ME38.
But the problem is, that we have over 300 schedule agreements
which we had to change every day.
ok, i see i must explain the problem a little bit closer.
We produce with a 7 days plant calender. Now it can be, that we
stop the production for one workcenter over weekend. The mrp
don´t realizes this and plans schedule lines to the weekend.
So the vendor sends us the material on that weekend! But we dont work there!
We want to find a way, that all the schedule lines that are planed for the workfree weekend are planed on the next Monday.
Our first try was to search for a user-exit in the mrp, where we can select if it is a workfree weekend and manipulate the mrp results ( schedule lines on monday ).
I hope this is a better explaination.

Yes, we found that solution too. But we need a more flexibel one!
We use the material from the schedule agreement in several BOM´s and
on several work centers. If we use the time-phased planning, we take effect on every work center ( on the whole production ).
The system should plan the material normal from Monday to Friday ( make normal schedule lines ). On Saterdays and Sundays it should look
if there is work on the work centers or not ( make schedule line YES/NO ).
If the work center does not work, he should plan the schedule line ( with the qty from the weekend ) to the next monday.
Does nobody had this or such a problem befor?
Is there no user-exit that can be used? ( mrp user-exit does not work for this ).
