Yes you can.
Just be aware that if you have release procedures on your P.O.'s it may mean that the P.O. has to be re-released depending on your config.

Could anyone help please. We have upgraded to Enterprise 4.7 and OMGS no longer exists. When a PO is changed it not going through the workflow again.
