Traceability vs WM

Question:
It is possible to have something like pallet traceabily at shipping (outbound) without having WM implemented?

Answer:
am afraID not.
you would need somethinh like UA (unidad de almacen) to relate palets with base qty. (100 units = 12 palets for example) later you use UA en determining movement qts.
but you can keep WM very simple. using 1type of warehouse and standard settins
