hi
the pop up message when a goods received is working fine..
but,how to get the message which gives the part no. qty. some basic
details of receipt.
how to configure this.
any help in this is appreciated

Hi,
This can be set in Transaction M706 where you will double click on 'Mail title and Text' and then click on 'Text' button (next to the 'Language' field) to maintain it.

i am looking for the actual gr details,like part no. qty. recd.
i cant enter the text because it will be same for every gr if i do that
i want to get the actual gr details like
part no. recd.
quantity red.
vendor if possible.
which is like any other standard output of gr slip.
in other words how can i make the regular gr slip to be linked to the
mail being sent. mlgr is just giving a express mail without the gr details.

Hi Raj,
As I have said in my previous posting, by clicking on the 'Text' button (after double clicking on the 'Mail Title and Text' icon (on the left hand side), you are able to see details of the internal mail that you will see when GR is posted.

i did double click the mail in the inbox
i dont have any text .all it says is goods receipt to buyer.
am i missing something.
