Dear All,
There's a "Free Item" column in PO. Field name is MEPO1211-UMSON.
Does anybody know how to make this field to be only displayed?? In other words, no users are allowed to tick this column??
I've tried to find this field in "Define Screen Layout at Document Level In PO" at configuration but to no avail.
Please kindly advise!! Thank you!!

This should be set via Transaction/Screen Variant with Transaction SHD0.

Hi Snowy,
In fact, such testing can be made in DEV Client which will not interrupt or disturb any clients. We are usually making our own development tests in this environment before transporting it into QAS and then PRD. BTW, what is your current SAP landscape?

Well, I would say that since this is cross-client setting, I would prefer if you could do it together with the person who is knowing quite well SAP.
BTW, the SAP landscape means that how you defined your logics in data transfer. For instance, at first, setting will be done in DEV 200 and then transport into DEV 210 (Sand box) for testing. If the testing is OK, then go to transport from DEV 200 into QAS as quality assurance prior to transportation to PRD 400.
