Hi all,
How do I update ordering statistics for PRs with POs? it should show the PO number under status tab, but one of our PR was not updated. I tried to run special program RM06HL04, but PR still not updated.
Am currently using 4.6c.

What have you done with your problematic PR? Did you at first convert your PR into PO and then reverse your PO but such reversal was not updated appropriately in PR statistics?.

No, i have no done anything yet with my PR.
Our buyer informed us that this PR is still outstanding even when there was already a PO. I checked the status and indeed there was no order yet. When I checked the created PO, it was indicated that it referred to the involved PR.
Before when I encounter such case, I would just run the standard correcting program. But this time, the program does not seem to work.
What could be the reason for this?

Hi,
Open the related PO (with reference to your problematic PR) and let me know if the PO line item has been deleted. If not, then I would assume this is some sort of system bug which should be logged to OSS.
