GUrus, I've been trying to post an invoice but this message always pops up...what should I do..."Allowed posting periods: 03 1998 / 02 1998 / 12" Thanks gurus! Really need your help
Answer:
You are tryng to post the invoice for a company with wrong posting periods. Ie: posting date today, but open periods in which you can post 02 1998. You have to open MM posting periods and FI posting periods for your company. The transactions yiou have to use are: MMPV and OB52.

You need to either change the posyting date to 02-03 1998 or open new accounting and MM periods. I assume this is in your test or dev system?
mmpv - materials period
ob52 - accounting period
