I was trying to delete a storage location, in which stock exists. System deletes stor loc. In that case what happens to the stock?

The stock is still there. Can be seen in table MARD.
You created an inconsistence in your system. You can try if you can move the stock to an other storage location. If SAP checks whether the issuing storage location is present in config, then you probably get an error. If it does not check this, then you can move.
He boy, you are in the best situation to tell us what will happen, as you have done it, we did not do it.

I really didnt save the deletion. I was checking what would happen if I delete a storage location where stock exists and the storage location was removed from the plant. But I didnt save it
Still I'm wondering if the value of this stock will be taken into account for inventory.

The value of stock will still be taken into consideration as the record is still in MARD table.
