Delivery Address for PO

Question:
Hi gurus:
Here's the deal...we had a PO created from 3 different requisitions. Two of the requisitions had no storage location, but the third one did.
This caused the ship-to address which printed on the PO to come out as the VENDOR NAME instead of the plant address (probably due to coding in the FORM, I am guessing ?).
If there were no storage locations on any of the PO items, the ship-to address would most likely have printed properly (as the plant address) is my guess.
At any rate, since I'm not a PURCH guru, what I am trying to determine is:
1) What are the possible ways (aside from manual entry) that a storage location gets populated onto a PReq ? I'm considering trying to prevent any storage locations from "pre-populating" onto the requisition if that's feasible.
2) If I am able to accomplish #1, what does this do to me in terms of receiving ?
Basically, I want to prevent the storage location address from appearing as one of the delivery addresses, and therefore messing up the ship-to address on the PO output. I'm trying to figure out the best way to accomplish this.
Answer:
If you have entered the storage location in material master MRP2 view in field Storage location for EP (MARC-LGFSB), then this will default to purchase requisitions.
While doing MIGO the storage location from the purchase order item is the proposed storage location, but can be overwritten.
