Question:
Hi all,
While creating purchase order i have maintained some conditions like
Frieght , insurence etc at the header level. I need to distribute among the line items the frieght .insurence automatically based on the total value of the corresponding item value (total). Right now all the header value is distributed equally irrespective of the total value of line items.
Is there any IMG settings for this ..? any suggestion ..?

Hi,
The setting in the 'Calculation Type' field of the Condition Type via Transaction M/06 can enable you to define the calculation of condition value based on the percentage, quantity (gross weight, net weight), fixed amount etc... Unfortunately, it can not be split by PO line item.

There is scenario with the client that in the case of Import PO there are
N nos of line items (almost 80 components in an PO) and it will be cleared through same Bill of entry. And in the Bill of entry Freight ,Insurence and Miscc. charges are fixed amount and applicable to all items. This i need to apportionate to individual item value. If you do it
item detalis ..yes we can but in the case of 80 components or more in the PO ..then... bit very tedious and labourious job..
Any suggestions on this ..?
