We import goods from multiple companies. Their monthly basis prices may change every month. Is it any way to see the cheapest price when creating Purchase order? How should I choose the company which provides cheapest price either manually or automaticly?

Maintain the prices in info records.
While assigning source of supply to a requisition they will pop-up and you can choose the cheapest.

Instead of working through purchase requisitions, you might use transaction ME25 (Create purchase order with vendor unknown) as well.

What Svetja recommended you should work. Nevertheless, it would require your regular maintenance of info record as any info record update during your creation of either quotation or purchase order is only updating the order price history of the info record (and not the info record price itself). Of course, there is an option to display the lowest market price - MRN0. However, this transaction will not enable you to pick up the related price into your PO.
