very Urgent

Question:
There is a raw material subjected to Quality Inspwection with Inspectiontypes 01, 0101, 09,and 15. Goods receipt is carried ( MIGO ) . But when i am trying to see the inspection lot ( QA32 / QA03) I get a system message saying " UPDATE TERMINATED" and the following details.
Transaction.. MIGO
Update key... 61483FC4FF1043B9BED1931612210AD5
Error info... 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: SYNTAX_ERROR
again when i try to see the material document , it doesnt exist as if GR was not carried out.
when again i see the migo transaction for that PO the QUantity is shown as the actual original quantity of PO as if no GR has been saved for this PO.
Please help.

Go to Transaction SM13 and check the root cause of your problem. It might be true that the Material Document number range was not properly set in your system.

I experienced same problem and found issue was in number range. Please check as I was getting display of GR document number while doing MIGO but was not storing in table.
