Hello,
we use scheduling agreement with price indicator date '5'
Then the system at GR create a new price determination using
"POSTING DATE".
Is it possible use "DOCUMENT DATE" istead of "POSTING DATE" ?

Did you use Material Ledger?. It is obvious that the new price determination will be made in accordance with the posting date instead of document date.
