Does anyone know whether it is possible to add profit centre to the selection criteria for the stock values report MB5L? Or whether it can be added as a field on the results screen?

Answer:
I don't see any possibility to incorporate Profit Center in MB5L report.
You'll need custom ABAP development to enhance above report to include field MARC-PRCTR.
