Question:
Hi,
I have a query. If there were a P.O. "XYZ" which has 2 materials, say M1 and M2.
For Material M1, GR and Inv.Verification is done.
For material M2 however, GR hasnt been done.
If I were to run the transaction ME2N, for this P.O. and for material M1 and the parameter "Selection Parameters" = ''WE101" to indicate that only Documents with Open GR should be chosen, will this document "XYZ" get selected or not ?
I am not able to test this, since i dont have suitable data. and since i am not well versed in MM, i am not able to get thro with the creation of a P.O. in ME21.
Why i ask this is, I am trying to find out if the transaction will list:
Open P.O. which have the material given in the selection screen (OR),
if it will list P.O.'s which are open for the material in selection screen.
Pls help.
My actual requirement is that, i am supposed to write an abap, which will, among so many other things, also select all Open P.O. (similar to ME2N), and then consider this for furhter processing. I am supposed to have the logic of ME2M.

The system will select all those PO items which will satisfy all the conditions given on the selection screen.

but you havent answered my question. my question is specific.
Pls help.
my question is: for that particular situation, will hte P.O. get selected. i ask this because i am not sure how the transction works, or what it is meant to do.
