info record updating

Question:
Dear SAP fans,
I have encountered a problem in purchasing info record, I have checked the info update as required in customizing in purchase order, after i have created the PO, it automatically create the purchasing info record, but in the general data, the conditions have not update, it show ZERO. how can I fix this problem. BTW, the material is new created, and have not created the purchasing info record manually. Thanks for you warm heart!
