Question:
Using ME53n, is there a way to show the contract number that has been generated with reference to the requisition being displayed? The screen displays the status as "Contract Created", but does not show it. It does show all other fields - RFQ, PO, GR, Invoice.

Which purchase requisition document type did you look at? Was it RV (Outline Agreement Purchase Requisition)?.

No, it is a normal NB. Typically, our requisitioners don't know whether they want a contract or not. That's left up to the buyer. Does it only appear on the req's you mentioned?

Usually, it is of SAP standard that the Outline Agreement Requisition shall be used in case you would like to convert it into Outline Agreement. With RV Purchase Requisition, it is possible for you to view the Outline Agreement in the 'Status' tab page of the PR Item Details.
