Question:
Hello,
I would like to flag a PO line for deletion despite the GR qty > IR qty. I get an error message 06115. I tried changing it into a warning, but this would not work. I also tried to do 'Maintenance of the GR/IR clearing account' as it is recommended in the SAP help, but this does not work. My 'maintenance' was clearing the accounting document for the GR. And I am wondering, if this is what SAP means with 'Maintenance of the GR/IR clearing account'.
Do you have any tips?

Check MR11 . Here you can clear the differences in the GR/IR clearing account.

This is exactly what GR/IR clearing account maintenance meant. After executing such maintenance transaction, this will enable you to clear off any outstanding balance between GR and IR.
