hi all,
we have created characteristics with table(CEBAN) and field name(PSTYP) - For picking the field "Item category"
Assigned it to a class
Assigned this class to a rel strategy.
But the rel strategy is not working
Any further settings to be done

go to configuration, check the PR doc type set-up, make sure that the 'PR Release Strat' is been check.

I can find only "overall realese" and NOT "PR release strat" in the doc type settings.
May I know where is this field?
