PO closure issue

Question:
Hi Guys,
I am trying to close PO when partial material has entered.
I have checked delivery completed Ind at both Item and heder level.
and Latest GR date to today's date.
But still able to create GR. whch should not.
Suggest what should I do.

Answer:
If you want to stop the GR you need to change the system messages from W to E.
The system messages are 00/M7/025 and 00/M7/163 found in the IMG => MM => IM
Normallydelivery complete flag is left as warning since it also controls whether the open qty of a PO is consider in the MRP run.
