How to prevent POs been formally outputted?
Hello,
Since once the POs have been OUTPUTTED (PO->Messages->Print/Transmit, TCode ME9F), the users will not be able to use the same tcode to preview the PO layout. We want to prevent this from happening so we'd like to disable the users to OUTPUT the POs, instead, they will only be allowed to "Trial Printout" and "Display output" the PO. I don't know if this is possible and how to setup the authorizations accordingly.

Verify with your Security team whether it is possible to disable the Print option. I presume there is an authorization object for Sending (S_OC_SEND). I am not sure how this authorization objects are linked, but it is worth a try with security.
