Ha Tran,
Thanks for your reply. We wanted to know the total value of the purchase requistion when we display the purchase requisition itself.
Is there any standard report to capture this information or some specific table which gives this information?
Is it possible to get this information i nthe purchase requisition itself?
Thanks.
Answer:
Hi,
I don't think that such report is available in standard SAP.

Make sure you are using ME53N to view requisitions and not ME53. You should be able to view the total at the btoomn of the list of items in the Item overview section of the screen. If you can't see the total (in the yellow highlighted line) you'll need to click on the 'Select layout' icon, then select 'Change layout' and ensure that there is a tick in the 'Total' column for the 'Total Value' field on the 'Column' tab.
Save this as you default layout.
