Hi,
I want to make a configuration for informing vendor to ship the goods on a particular date rather than instructing him to supply by the delivery date in the PO.
Is it possible to mention shipping date in PO?

dont be pareshan main hoon naa
well in standard PO script extra detail can be mentioned in the "shipping
Instructions" in Header Texts Tab .
You will have to instruct your abaper to design the PO script in such a way that delivery date other than what is there in the line item can be put at PO Script.
in that case u have to assign the text box mentioned above to be put at the proper place in the PO print out

Have you ever thought of using the Time-Phased Planning feature in SAP? The setting in the planning calendar via Transaction MD25 will help meet your specific requirement.
