Dear SAP Expert:
We encountered issues on stock/requirement list (MD04)..we noticed that some of the orders and deliveries we created could not be found or not reflected when we view MD04.
It's kinda wiered coz some deliveries with the same material reflected in MD04 sometimes it's not. Do you think the deliveries or orders that have been full processed i.e. GIed or invoiced will no longer exits in the list?
If you have encountered the same or any OSS notes that can be applied is highly appreciated.

For the case of PO, if full GR has been made, then that PO will not be shown in the MD04 List.

how about for sales orders or deliveries?...will they be listed in MD04 when fully GR'd?
Answer:
if a requirement in MD04 is shown as element sales order then it is a sales order, but a delivery is not created yet for this sales order.
If delivery is created, then the element sales order does not longer show up for this order, element delivery is shown until the delivery is goods issued, then it will dissappear, because it is not longer a requirement which needs to be taken in cosideration for planning.
