Question:
We have Rel procedure for account assigned PR's based on Cost center and also workflow.
For Closed or deleted PR's also, if I change the Cost center, system blocks the PR and triggers a workflow for approval.
I need to prevent change of Rel indicator even if CC is changed, for closed or deleted PR's only.
Can anyone help.

Hi Viji,
There have been several options for you to select
1) You can set the Field Selection Key for the Release Indicator where the Cost Center field shall be set as 'displayed' status. In this particular case, once PR is released, it is not possible for your end user to change the cost center which triggers the new approval flow.
2) You can set in the Release Procedure that once PR is fully released, it is not possible for the end user to make any change. Of course, the disadvantage of this solution is that this will be applicable to all PRs.
3) You can use the User Exit where the system will validate if PR has been closed or deleted.
