release reset once PO header text change
dear experts,
I am in doubt with this functionality on the PO release. the client needs the PO release reset as long as any changes on the header text of the PO happened.
it will be highly appreciated if U have any suugestions!

This can not be done using this functionality. Please check with "user exit" existing for PO release strategy
